Silent pain

You lock your pain inside
and hide away the key
You try to hide your pain
So all the world cant see

But then the pain builds up
your heart cant hold no more
until u feel your dying
and find yourself down on the floor

The tears you shed are quiet
so that no one can hear the pain
the tears you shed silent
to show is not to gain

The world cant see your pain
cuz all they'll do is stare
if the world should see your pain
they'll stare but still wont care

so I'm lying on the floor
with tears that fall like rain
dripping on the floor
leaving stains of pain

my breathing gets real heavy
and the lights seem to dim
my hands begin to shake
it seems the pain will win

so i keep my pain real silent
so that no one knows its there
i shed my tears so soft
knowing pain is always there
