Ignore

by Momentary Relapse   Dec 12, 2005

Now on and on do I hear
Ever do you ignore the pain
Giving little back to ones you've loved
Leaving behind dead promises now slain

Inside the guilt takes its toll
Grieving masses have you broken
Every life you slowly destroyed
Negligence your deadly token

Carrying no one in your arms
Everyone a person who holds you down
Keeping yourself stranded in fear
Innocent trials of where you are found

Left a sin, a stain on your soul
Love burned from negligent tides
Severin people who you had loved
Everyone's life you neglected in pride
