My Beloved

by Christopher Liau   Dec 12, 2005

It's the way you look,
With your beautiful eyes,
The way you gaze to my soul,
As my body cries.

It's the way you pull me,
Closer every day,
The way you entice me,
With your stunning display.

It's the fun we have,
I get such a thrill,
Even if eons pass,
I'll love you still.

I want to feel my lips,
Tenderly touching yours,
Without the burden,
Of our distant shores.

I want to feel your fingers,
Entwined with mine,
Want to feel your body tremble,
With shivers up your spine.

It's all these things,
That make me want to wed
That's why you will always be
My beloved.
