Broken heart
shattered dreams,
some people want to scream,
but they can't,
instead they hide behind fake smiles to make out
that things are OK
when they aren't,

how can they be
can't you see through fake smiles
into the heart which lies shattered, broken

like the mirror which shows the reflection of a broken soul.
