My head is blank,

My heart is blank,

The loneliness in me,
Nobody will ever know;

The struggle I fight,
Nobody will ever realize;

The tears I've cried,
Nobody will ever notice;

The pain I endure everyday,
Nobody will ever feel;

The poetry I've written,
Nobody will ever fully understand.
