The Zoo

by Thesoftdarkness   Dec 18, 2005

I open my eyes,
and look around,
and it's no surprise,
the abundance of sound.

The laughing and crying of children
the screaming of adults,
the sound of clucking chicken,
and the continuous insults.

How can anyone love such a place?
its like a mad house,
in this large, large space.
every animal, down to the smallest mouse.

I turn my back,
in hopes i'll never return,
and it'll all turn black,
with every goddamn spurn!
