She'll Miss Him

She'll miss him when he's gone
and dream about him at night
but she'll soon realize
sometimes holding on isn't worth the fight

she'll long to hear his voice
and she'll think about his smile
remembering the moments
when he was hers for a while

she'll wonder what he's doing
and she'll want to feel his touch
she'll just want to forget
and not miss him so much

she'll see him with another girl
holding her hand
she'll feel tears in her eyes
because he'll never understand

she'll love him forever
and he'll move on so fast
she'll try to let go
but she'll never forget their past

she'll tell him goodbye one day
she'll stop pretending to be strong
she'll always miss him though
now that he's gone

    That was good. It's different because it say it from a different point of veiw. The person that's looking into the story, and not in the story. It's cool because it's something that no one has ever done, or any poems I've read. keep writin' - Yvette

    If only men realized what women go through after loving a man and then having him walk right out of their lives. I really liked this poem and im sorry if this is something you had to go through.
