Chilled hearts of fire.
Empty eyes,
Flaring in the light of greed.

Passing each other,
Just another brick in the wall.
Nothing special.
Amount like blades of dancing leaves.

Conquering steps,
We climb higher, sink further.
Twisted.
Thoughts of self-gain blinding.
