Until Tomorrow Another Death

by Katlynn   Dec 23, 2005

They tell there stories.
tonight they all fade away.
they don't stay.
as the candle washes out.
above our eyes.
and the stars in the sky.
fade away after we die.

the laughing is done.
the death is in the ground.
not even making a sound.
it would be a spot list voice.
when we die.
no one will be able to cry.
no more putting the scars on wrists.

tonight we say good bye to all.
we make it our last wish.
ending this story.
ending this poem.
the way it should be.
the way it was meant to be.
the way our blood comes out.

the last voice was a shout.
she was killed by another one.
one that raped her.
the one who banged her up.
tonight we sing a song.
tonight we bury her in the ground.
until tomorrow for another death.
