A Place in my Heart

by Little Dot   Dec 24, 2005

I know I choose to live with dad
But I still love you so much
It wasn't your fault I went with him
I'm sorry if I hurt you
I just hope you know
How much you mean to me
I care about you
But I care about dad too
That doesn't mean I love him more
Because it's not true
I love you both the same
And always will
Don't ever forget
You have a place in my heart

~.~.~.~ This poem was writtin for a girl I know. She choose to live with her father instead of her mother when they got a divorce. ~.~.~.~

A family that divids within its self is also so complicated. The children suffer the most and having to choose between their parents is the worst thing in a child's eyes.
