She Can't See

by k i k i   Dec 25, 2005

She hates this world,
For no reason.
We've done nothing wrong to her,
It's all in the mind.

Cut and paste,
Toxicate the mind with fears.
Broken tears fall into caves,
Of darkened scars.

Blood pours out of her heart,
It won't stop.
Pain filled with vengeance,
Nothing will ever be right.

Eyes can't see the harm,
Ears can't hear the scream.
Hands can't feel the touch,
That won't let her run away.

Scraps of genetics,
Trying to find a cure.
Only she will complete,
The mystery of why this happened.

Blade under her skin,
Pulling the surface tight.
Cutting it out won't work,
It will last forever.

Why didn't she forgive herself?
She's normal, hating herself.
