The Perfect Father

by noraida   Dec 27, 2005

What an Ironi.
I believed in you.
When my eyes
I first opened.
And when my first
steps I took.
There it was that
perfect image of you.
To protect me and
keep me safe.
That is what a father
is meant to do.
You have betrayed
what in my life was good.
The innocence of my
angel.
In your hands you
took.
The secret my Father
is no longer behind a
door.
No more angels' for
you to hurt anymore.
The truth is known
and let it be told.
Nothing to loose was
left of my world.
The image of the perfect
you is no longer alive.
It all got burried with
all your lies.
