Death Awaits Me In The Next Life

by UnspokenDream   Dec 29, 2005

Life's a privilege, is it not?
Do we not live for an unspoken reason?
We see people day by day
Do They not question this too?

We've been put on this earth for a reason
But whats the reason?
If not spoken by a higher power
But spoken by a messenger from down below

We live not for a reason
But only for our soul to proceed us when we die
To live another another day, another year
Death awaits me in the next life

For pain, Hurt, Happiness?
We have been given this precious "gift" we call life
But why is it a gift, gifts bring us joy, not hurt
Maybe its not a gift, but a kid with a magnifying glass

We live our lives not knowing why we are here
For now i stay questioning
To find love, new friends to keep me
Keep me here still questioning
