Make Yourself

Sitting in this parking lot alone is probably the best for me
My life isn't going anywhere exciting
Thinking of my past is bad enough
Its hard to ignore
Looking at the present shows I have nothing to live for
Dreams are hard to follow
It takes time and energy
A task everyone should get up and do
You have to remember things don't always go as planned
But at least you can say "I tried"
Brush off your hands'
Its not that easy for me
Easier said then done
Remaining in the same spot is not the way to win
Make an effot and decide what you really want
Because others you can't trust
So go put on a show
Don't do it for them
Do it for yourself
Follow my advice my friend
I am a living example of a loser
Don't be sick and pathetic
Go out there and make something of yourself
