Moonlight Swim

by Katt   Jan 6, 2006

As it splashes my face
In its warm embrace
The smell it brings makes my mom want to scream
The horrible stench of chlorine
After swimming!

I go in the night with only the moons pure light
The steam rising up from the pool
It feels so cool
I jump in just for a little swim
Getting chlorine all over my skin
As I sink into the water
I wish it was a little hotter

I watch the other swimmers
And see their hands raise to the sky
Like arms of corpses coming from their grave in the middle of the night
I get the chills as I then race through the water.
