Sincerety

by Kyle Schulz   Jan 7, 2006

Too much time on one grain of sand,
You soon lose sight of the beach,
Reach for the sky, you wish to grow,
Nothing is quite above your reach,

Soon you should go, Fly far from here,
To a place where peace still reigns,
Are you being honest with yourself,
Have you accepted your worldly pains,

Ravens soar like shadows,
Into the mystery of the woods,
Is that the whole of eternity,
To dream about what we could,

Scents drift into you consciousness,
That is the laughter of the breeze,
Carrying with it the joy of flowers,
To be away from the freeze,

Why do we love the flowers so,
It is because they are sincere,
Open for pure hope of a sunny day,
Today they have nothing to fear.
