Trapped

by Ashes of a Black Rose aka Night Child   Jan 9, 2006

Trapped
No place to run
Nowhere to hide
Cornered by memories
Haunting painful memories
Squeezes her eyes shut
Trying to block it
But everything floods back...

The night consumes a figure
Too dark to determine who
Slowly, slowly, fear draws nearer
As it comes closer, closer, closing in
It disappears until
Hand covers her mouth
Silencing her screams
Another hand around the waist
Pulling away from the light
Into the shadows the figure drags her
Walking as if in a bad dance
With two left feet
Thrusts her down
Aims
And hits hard
She looks up and silently cries
As everything goes black...

Wakes up screaming in her bed
Sweat mats down her hair
Tears stain the pillow and
She knows that she is trapped

Hey i thought it was really well written, just one question, im gonna sound like an idiot, but what was it about, i got the feeling that it had to do with either a nightmare or guilt. Please write back and tell me because i really enjoyed it.
