As I walk down this road,
I see no light before my eyes,
There is no future,
I did try to make it be,
This love I had for you,
I tried to make you see,

The nights I've spent alone,
That night I needed you for my own,
That dream I had of the weekend we spent together,
Meant everything and will forever.
