Perfect Love (Ghazal)

by Simon Hayes   Jan 10, 2006

Together we define and bind the perfect love.
Divine, absolute, kind and tremendous love.

Our primary existence, to love one another.
Calming and saturating, I find harmony in your love.

Your heart like a sweet succulent wine, endlessly intoxicating.
For the rest of our lives we'll bind, I shall stand by you my love.

Immortal sun, hail and rain casting rainbows to fulfill the skies.
Fulfilling my heart and mind, there will never be an end to our love.

Defined by our chest of everlasting memories.
It can never be left behind, this exuberant eternal love.

    Simon,

Well done on the amendments for the rhyming requirement for the Ghazal.

    Simon,

Well done. I have one comment, that last line of each couplet should be a rhyme + refrain, the rhme part still needs a bit of beefing up. Hope you don't mind the critique. Good job!

    Best regards,

    Steve
