"The Writer's Block"

Staring at my cpu
feeling like there
is nothing I can do.
waiting for something
good to come, creativity?
right now I have none.

I'm dying to write
something amazing
that strikes at my readers heart .
Wanting to make them laugh or cry.
why has my imagination
abandonend me?
why, please tell me why?

pounding my brain for ideas,
wrecking my brain for a thought,
but no light bulbs seem to be happening, I didn't find the answer I sought.

my mind is at a blank,
not a idea in sight.
Oh well, maybe a idea
will come in the morning,
But for now, I'll just have to say Goodnight....
