My hypocritical daddy

by anasha   Jan 15, 2006

The words that come out of his mouth
The filth he is to treat a woman as he does
The pathetic tantrums he pulls off
Are the ways of my hypocritical daddy

The way he releases his anger within
The way he feels strength by threatening
The way he wants to protect us but only hurts us
Are the ways of my hypocritical daddy

The fact he runs away from the truth
The point he can’t handle the truth
The matter he can’t handle us
Are the ways of my hypocritical daddy

My daddy has all the characteristics of an imperfect guardian
He puts himself above others to make himself feel good
No matter what he says, deep down he knows the truth
And these are the ways of my hypocritical father.
