In Her Shadow

by xx5OUL   Jan 16, 2006

His smile, a sunrise, brings me a new day,
His voice, a chair, supports me when Im weak,
His laughter, music, Im one song away,
His touch, a hider, which I wish to seek.

Her beauty, a blossom, sets his love free,
Her laughter, her voice, reassures his dreams,
Her touch, a shiver, brings him to his knees,
Her love, false, nothings ever what it seems.

My beauty, in her shadow, cant compare,
My laughter, my smiles, threatening to break,
My love, only for him I long to share,
My happiness, my joy, all seem so fake.

I wish hed notice me, for I believe,
Love really is blind, I sure Im unseen.

**this is supposed to be a sonnet. i hope it's okay.**
