One Wish

One wish is all I ask, can it be hard to do this simple task
Heres my list I wish for to come true.

If I had one wish it would be to love you forever.
If I had one wish I would let you go through our toughest endeavor.

I ask for love and get hate in return.
If I had one wish I'd show others theres love to learn.

I want the world to be at peace no more pain.
If I had one wish Id stop 9-11s plane.

I ask for truth but get lies in disguise.
If I had one wish there would be no gray skies.

I ask for comfort in my darkest fears.
If I had one wish you would cry no more tears.

I ask for guidance when I have lost my way.
If I had one wish Id bring families that passed away.

I want nothing more than to see a smile on your face.
If I had one wish Id spread love through the entire place.

I want to be treated fair just like the rest.
If I had one wish Id make sure people knew God best.

I want to make all those I hurt know that I care.
If I had one wish it would be to lift burdens that others bare.

I want to people to love before they ball up their fist.
