Lost

I feel dark in this tired soul
There's nothing left in this world that can make me feel whole
I've lost my happy days
I've lost the wish to pray

Once more the world seems to turn cold
and in this darkness there is no one to hold
Swaying in melancholy my expectations drown
I've lost the power, I've lost the golden crown

The desire of love is still asleep in my heart
But the memories are wide awake, the memories of when everyone departs
Fighting till the last drop of blood can shed
I've finally lost this war, also losing my every bit of red

The road I was walking on has now found an end
But I'm still searching for the string that can help my soul mend
How can I go on when the road has already ended?
Now, my torn soul will never be mended

I can't glue my shattered pieces together anymore
I've lost all that I had and I've closed every door

    In life,there is never a road that ends...There is also a divertion or two,which you can take and try doing things you wanted or try changing things which you regret....Nice poem....take care and keep smiling...
