True Love

by BrokenMisery   Jan 31, 2006

It's just a matter of time,
To heal a broken heart.
And just another love,
To break it all apart.

And I'm looking in a mirror,
Trying to find myself.
The image isn't any clearer,
Then the darkness itself.

You're not the groom and I'm not the bride,
The marriage is over the heart's already died.
You can't catch me now as I fall,
'Cause true love doesn't end happily, it doesn't end at all.

You can't hear my silent screams,
My plan of your demise.
If you'd love me in the first place,
There wouldn't be goodbyes.

So take your last breath,
You've already taken mine.
Take this trip back to hell,
'Cause now you've crossed the line.

You're not the groom and I'm not the bride,
The marriage is over the heart's already died.
You can't catch me now as I fall,
'Cause true love doesn't end happily, it doesn't end at all.

And it's just a matter of time,
To heal a broken heart.
And just another love,
To break it all apart...
