Betrayal

You said that no matter what, youd always be there,
And I have come to find that thats really rare
To find someone who you can count on, who you can trust
But you betrayed me and now our friendships starting to rust.

Ive had good times and bad times, more so the bad
But I thought that once I found you it would be the last I had.
My whole life started to change and all for the better
But you didnt think that I would find that awful letter.

Now all my fears and thoughts came true
That I cant trust anyone, now especially not you
I opened my heart and thats not something I do
But I thought that you were different and you did to

Now I hate you and what you did to me
You confirmed all my beliefs..times three
And my whole lifes starting to give way
I gave you my heart, but I never thought youd take it away!

    I am very sorry that your friend betrayed you.I know how it feels to be betrayed by your best friend.Just remember that not all people are like that,but like you it is hard for me to trust people also.Maybe you can check out some of my poems.Awesome job on yours.
