I can feel its' rapid pace.
Excitement, it has come over me.
I'm all flushed, in the face.
Your Rapture has taken hold of me;
And this Euphoria, Exhilaration. I don't think will ever stop.
Be Still, Be Still, my pulsating, fluttering heart,
For, we don't want to give the fact away
That we're Head Over Heels, Enamored, Spelled, in every way,
Infatuated, Stupefied, Going, Absolutely, Crazy,
For that smile she might give, the kind words she might say,
For that moment, when time just stills, and we look, at her face,
Falling, into her, deeply, breathing her, into, our soul,
Intaking, slowly, the Ecstasy which she bestows,
Taking in, her essence, for, any piece of her that we can hold,
Capture, it is, most precious, to us.
We cannot let her see, the fervor, veracity, of our love;
So, be still, my heart, thus, that we may hide
The volume of our love, the feelings inside.
