Skylarks In Sonic Clouds

by Chris Harding   Feb 7, 2006

Rain on the otherside of the window
As the boredom takes over
In the limbo between waking and work
To choose to shut our eyes
And let the day wash over us
As gentle music plays on the radio
To dream of harmless envy
As we wish to lead the lives others do
So the night draws in
As this slumber never seems to end
Would you rub the sand drom your eyes
If you knew you could stay here forever?
If you knew you could dream forever?
If you could stay amongst this magic
Eternally floating in the ether
Until you awake in heaven
