One more drink,
to help me forget,
The mistakes I've made,
the hurt and regret,

One more drink,
to wipe my tears away,
Just a bit to help me,
to forget yesterday,

One more drink,
to make me smile,
to help me laugh,
because I'm in denial,

One more drink,
to forget I'm alone,
There is no-one to help,
and I'm all on my own.
