Eternity

by bianca   Feb 23, 2006

At night she cries
Her life lie told,
Tears of blood stain her book.

She goes to the counselor,
Puts on a happy face,
Tells her the lies of her fate.

She tells how happy she is,
Even does a cheer,
But a tear streams down her face.

She runs out the door,
To the bath room,
And pulls out her book.

A blade, hidden in the cover,
She takes across her wrist,
And lets it all out,

Her teacher walks in,
She sees the blade, and cuts on her arm,
But walks on by, to wash her hands.

She askes her how she is
And says shell see later,
And walks out.

Slowly the girl gets up,
And pulls her sleeve down,
Washes her face, and leaves.

In this world we live in,
People see what they want,
And so does she,

She looks in the mirror,
But her eyes are empty,
And she sees nothing.

Drip drop,
The blood always falls,
A dark and flowing river.

Her lies will never end ,
No one ever see,
The cuts will go on,

Eternally.
