Burning Heart

by Danielle   Feb 27, 2006

Fire fire, you’re burning my heart
Your touch is taking me higher
But in your eyes, it is time to drift apart

Flaming flesh, beautiful burns
Reopened scars, purity so fresh
So kind, lure me with your blinded turns

In control, you confuse me only to rule me
And it is my burning heart you stole
Obliviously seeking, my unknown is what you hold

In your eyes I may not exist
But yes I am still here before you
Bleeding for you, blind of my revealing wrists

Shamelessly you turn around, I fall in tears
I have been played namelessly
And I still want you here
