Real Truth

by Danielle   Feb 27, 2006

Your lies continue with a hopeless ending
When will you lead this demise?
I'm waiting for your mouth's mending
But your lips still hold your truth from my eyes

Take me all, or leave me alone
I'm not waiting for someone who isn't there
You ignore my expectations as you sit in your throne
Is it my fault I put you in a place to care?

Your eyes wonder in every direction
And knowingly stops before I'm seen
You fool me to get the attention
And I simply fall, falling into your need

All I want is for your lips to speak truth
And have my eyes see how you truly feel
Instead of a black vibe connecting the two
I want you to be someone real

Waiting, waiting, waiting for you to say
"Oh, how are you today?" is this the end?
Patiently waiting, for you to even look my way
Again and again

If u have to try that hard, and not get noticed.. he doesnt know beauty when he sees it. leave him for the dust, find someone u can trust, ull be happer that way, instead of waiting for the day he will glace ur way.
