Perceptions of me

by Iola   Feb 27, 2006

She’s deeper as the ocean; she’s ambitious as the sun.
She’ll like to hear your story; but please don’t stay to long.
She’s friendlier than your neighbor; she’s colder than the snow.
She’ll occupy your heart and soul; she’ll change the things you know.

She’s bubbly and a happy child; she dance and sing and pray.
She’ll give you hot and then she’s mild; and then she goes away.
She’s caring and forgiving; her eyes show that she’s numb.
She’ll make your day with a red, red rose; and on her pinky swings a gun.

She’s misunderstood, but what she say make sense – to others; not to her.
She’ll focus on her destiny; and despise those who wish to deter.
She’s surprised by miracles and blessed with rain.
She’ll wish you luck forever, whilst inducing pain.
