Tell me what's on your mind,
I really do want to know,
Because I really love you,
more than you'll ever know,

I may not be so perfect,
but you will always have me,
together we will make it,
take my hand and you will see,

I never want to lose you,
we have a special bond,
I'm sorry that I hurt you,
and I know that it was wrong,

I would even die for you,
I mean that from my heart,
it cuts me up to know I miss you,
and I hate myself for falling apart.

    Love how the rhymes in your poems don't seem forced and how it feels that you mean every word of this one. Other than that, wish I could tell you how to improve but I just don't know how it could be better!
