Barbed wire fences
Shredding my side
Shock pouring through
Waves surging akin towards high tide
Vandalize sanity
Carve it away
Canâ??t nourish my humanity
Wouldnâ??t consider it anyway
Never shown my full potential
Emotionally desecrated
Iâ??ll rise in the wake of your past mistakes
Declare my ignorance as integrated
Validate war as a passage towards peace
Blind to the bodies it brings
