Tears help back,
Smiles forced from frowns,
Hiding the cuts on your arms.

Laughing when everythings wrong,
Hiding the pain,
Lying to because of the shame.

No one knows what I feel inside,
No one knows the lies I hide.
No one knows because they don't understand,
Why I am the way I am.
