Never let die

by Libby   Mar 2, 2006

Hurrying through my mind,
I walk slowly alone
Searching my thoughts for the end
But where it is, is to me unknown.

A small boy passes wishing
I pass him not knowing
What my life is doing
And in what direction its going

To be a carefree child again
To just wish, to never worry
Brings resentment to this boy
Yet for this I am not sorry

So I do not show my pety hate
Nor let it travel past
I can just think on it
Dwell on my life going to fast

Too quick to capture, to keep
To precious to let go by
Yet often to painful to relive
But must never let die.
