If you only knew the truth you would know that I'm not always happy even though I wear a smile.
If you only knew the truth you would know that my life is something that nobody cares about. if you tried to see you would know that I'm broken inside. If you only knew the truth you would know that my words are meaningless pain I hide deep inside. I need to reach out and and tell you, but your simple mind will not allow anything that has to do with me. If you only knew the truth you would know that I hold my tears back, so i look strong but inside I'm so empty. when i get in my room I want to end my pain with a knife, but I cant handle anymore pain.
