Hidden Pain

I know that feeling,
I know that look,
its like the words written,
in a best selling book.

The pain & torment,
you hold in your heart,
its like a film,
where you play the main part.

Their words,
they cut so deep,
you hate the look of,
that stupid creep!

Your probably wondering,
what this is about,
i just wish i gave him,
a really big clout.

The pain & regret,
i keep deep inside,
it goes in and comes out,
just like the tide.

I try so hard,
to just forget,
but it will always be there,
that pain and regret.
