Spoken With Ease

by out of death   Mar 10, 2006

Always yearning,
Reaching.
Gave up,
But still seeking.

I want to say it
But I won\'t.
I start to speak it
But i don\'t.

On the tip of my tongue,
In the beat of my heart,
Wishing only for you
And never to part.

You slip those words in
With such ease
Even at that
You weaken my knees.

Everything\'s right
And falls into line.
Everything\'s perfect...
But am I ?

\'Cause you like what you
Know about me,
But that\'s just it.
You don\'t know ME.

With faults left & right
And everywhere you look.
You seem to like the cover...
But yet to see the book.

So with nothing wrong,
But everything right...
I get kinda nervous
Knowing you\'re out of sight.

Out of your arms.
But still in my mind.
Away from your touch,
But still looking to find.

Longing for your lips
And for your warm embrace.
Longing just meet you
And finally touch your face.

I wish that I could say it
So freely as you do,
But I just can\'t, my love,
Not even to you.
