The start of something

Some people say you shouldnt get involved,
With friends brothers or sisters,
But rules are there to be broken,
So why should this be any different,
So I broke it, she wasnt impressed at first,
She got over it though,
After all we were only friends.

That was until Friday night,
You had your gathering,
I wanted her to stay so it wasnt strange,
You let her cause I asked,
All was good, chilling and drinking,
Having a laugh and of course breaking things,
But the night just kept getting better.

Slowly the drink and atmosphere started something,
It was great for me anyway,
In the morning I never slept just lay there,
Thinking about the night before,
Until that day I could live without speaking to you,
Since then your all I can think about,
It was so good; maybe its the start of something.
