Your Only Fault

by myshiningstar14   Mar 13, 2006

Your only fault
is me not knowing
when I've ever
loved you more.

You fell and
skinned your knee,
you lied and fell
flat on your face.
I know no ones
perfect, but to me
you are.

Your only fault
is that I can't tell
which of your eyes
is prettier, your
left? or your right?

You broke a
promise, and
caused me pain.
But I kept saying
your name. I know
no ones perfect,
but to me you are.

Your only fault
is that I don't know
what I love about
you most.

You cried, and
held me tighter,
not knowing if I'd
love you still. But
I know no ones
perfect, but to me
you are.

Your only fault
is me not being
able to sleep,
because of how
much you're
always on my
mind.

You cried, and
you died inside,
wanting to take
it all back again.
I know no ones
perfect, but to
me you are.

Your only fault
is me never
wanting to leave
you.
