Black Hornets And Golden Fish

by Ben   Mar 16, 2006

I've been lost for centuries
Obscure memories from my childhood set me free
Motionless dances in the sky
Future clouds rescue me

Traces of oblivion
Flowers of tranquillity
Awoken from this dream of eternity
Nothing left to see

Black hornets land on me
There's nothing left to fear
The black sky unknowingly
Falls from the sky and lets me see

Of all the things I used to be
The black wings fall from me
I'm lifted into the sky
This view, how it lets me see

Of all the things I needed to need
Falling from the sky and into the sea
Golden fish swim with me
No longing, no more

The fish grow wings and begin to fly
Out of the forest and into the tree
They turned around and smiled at me
Grew black hearts and were set free

Of all the things which I see
it's nothing You'll ever be able to dream
These memories set me from
Lost for another century

Well now...I hope I don't ever dream that O_O...that's mildly creepy...I don't like hornets...or fish o_O. AHHH I JUST GOT A MOUTHFUL OF HAIR IN MY MOUTH -_-. So anyways, this poem was pretty crazy, and definitely unique. I heart it. And I heart you. Do take care...and uhh...dream safely. £>
