i would have a best friend like you
a type a girl who would stay so true
but that's how i felt when i first knew you

it's just lately a lot of things has change
it doesn't feel the same
because i was once happy but now all i feel is pain
there been times
i had tried
to gain
my strength to look pass it
but every time i think about it......
about how u left me behind
having me in the dark to hide
nights i had cried
because you moved on
and found a new best friend
but I'm going to prove u wrong
that our friendship will never end
no matter what happens

its just the one thing I'm scared of
is you forgetting about us
about everything we did together and all that other stuff
even though our friendship didn't last
just don't forget about our past
because that's the only thing that is going to hold us together
