Slouching in the stiff armchair
Submerged in the darkness the light can’t reach
Handsome hazel eyes barely even visible
Underneath his grown out red hair poking out from under a beanie
But still his eyes darting longingly through the blackness
And into the light beyond his secluded chair

Subconsciously tapping rhythmically
With a big strong hand on an oak side table
Keeping one hand on the arm of the chair in a fist
Gripping his last drop of sanity before him
But gathering evermore strength with each approaching footstep

Consumed solely by the thought of leaving solitude
Feet readying themselves to steady their master’s masculine build
Out of sight hide the two clenched fists
Sanity no longer a priority in his desire-driven mind
Past the obstacle of meeting lies the hope of a relationship

Standing slowly to extend a muscular hand and arm
Offering this complete stranger his seat, name, and a chance
Hazel eyes glowing with a fiery burst of curiosity
Palms sweaty from first-impression anxiety
Realizing that coming to this party as a new kid in town
Was all worth it when he met the one who would soon be his

Too cute. :) Been there. I've seen the boy of my dreams. Now I just have to talk to him. 4/5 on this one. I like poetic language, but this is a little unclear in some spots.
