Far Too Long

by Zer0riginZ   Mar 18, 2006

Please save me,
just save me!
don't just walk by and wave please,
I need help,
a helping hand,
to save me from myself...

Far too long,
far too wide,
the problem with myself,
is that I always choose to lie...

Lie to you,
lie to me,
lie to love that always chose to be...
Far too trusting,
far too foolish,
So sorry now I see my own misery,
I lost my wish,
lost my friend,
lost my happiness in the end...

Far too long,
far too wide,
the problem with myself,
is how far I choose to lie...

Thought too long,
thought too hard,
thought about how it fell apart...
All my empty stories,
all my promises,
Sorry I never took you to heart...
Forever in me,
forever shame,
low self esteem is to blame...
Just as much as I am,
as much as I will always be...
Just hope you know,
I will always hurt because I'm sorry...

Far too long,
far too tall,
the problem with myself,
I'll always find a wall...

That was amazing as well. I liked the comparison of you always lying, and as a wall. I liked the emotion you built within the poem/song, i like the overall feel you had in it as well.
