Miracles of Stardust...

by Psymon   Mar 21, 2006

Sometimes miracles fall around us like stardust
too fine for even the most keenest of sight
we don't even recognise them as such,
because they are an everyday type of thing
with not a slightest brush of an angels wing

Love is very much like that too
invisible and indefinable
an essence of a scent, the merest touch
of a butterfly alighting for a brief pause in its flight
and the vision I hold in my sight

Let us walk gently upon this path we create
there is no need to rush
we have all the time in the world that is ours
till we reach a space where we can breathe in our beauty and pleasure
leave the past behind us, indulge ourselves at our leisure

Learning to trust again is akin to learning to walk
when the knowledge is already there
only just out of grasp, beyond understanding
inch by inch, step by step, we slowly drift into our dual creation
of how we both feel, expressing our emotion

Speaking to the angels is the most natural event
sometimes they reply in the loudest of ways
stopping us in our tracks with the force of response
sending us in what seem to be confusing directions
only to realise the source of true affections
