Dead as could be

Shes a sweet girl, always done her best. its like she lived in a perfect world..where no one would compare.
that all changed one night when her dad walked out on her mom.
this girls perfect world..fell without one tear. what she thought was perfect..was all a night mare.
she went to school the next day..red all around her eyes.crying so hard..she didn't even get to sleep that night. her friends where whispering about how her dad was a cheater. she looked at them crying...she said- is this all you have to say or do? talk about me like i was never a friend to you. Ive never done anything to be mean..why do i deserve this?- she said it crying in her hands...none of them would ever understand. they're lives were still perfect they were not about to fall..they wouldn't understand.
the next few days were like this..all whispering. then one day she went to school. and everyone was crying. what happened guys she asked? your mom died in a car wreck. she looked at them in disbelief they were all crying saying..I'm so sorry that we were so mean. she looked at them with tears in her eyes..my mom is not dead. this isn't happening to me.they showed her the news in the school lunch room. she was on the floor crying...no one could ever understand. she was on the floor that day..with her heart all the way broken. what she thought was perfect..was her worst nightmare..
and in the end...she was dead too. not completely dead. but as dead as any living thing could be. she didn't speak to anyone. and that girl..was me.
