Love and Hate

In life there are two things we learn,
to love and to hate.
With the way our minds are set,
we can all say that there is someone we hate,
or truly dislike.
It's almost as if it's a serial number programed into our minds.
It can take a life time to love someone and only a moment to hate them.
Love,
true love,
not lust,
is some thing no one can truly describe or understand.
Not you, not a doctor of any kind,not your friends not your family.
There is a low level of understanding love,
But no one can describe in words, exactly how it feels or how we act when we love or are in love with someone.
Hate is another story.
we see some thing we don't like,
or some one doing something wrong,
and instantly,
haor or disapproval as some like to call it,
is placed into our minds.
No I'm not a shrink,
only a person trying to share a view point.
So to all who read this,
I want to say thank you,
and no one is perfect,
but please try a little harder to understand those who we say we "hate" and maybe you'll find a reason for this, feeling inside of your mind.
