No One Even Noticed

by Kate   Mar 23, 2006

Feet sped down the hallway,
No one noticed her walk by
They were too noisey with chatter,
It was too loud to hear her cry

Tears fell to the ground
Blood dripping off her shirt,
To her pain they were blind,
Johny even fooled with her skirt

So she hugged her wrist to her side
Just giggled and flirted right back
Gritting her teeth and pushing on through,
Some how she managed her emotions intact

Though later that evening,
She knew she had to give in,
Her feelings succomed her,
Tonight her life would come to an end

So she took out a rope,
Hung it onto a wall
Her note was quite simple,
It read: "no one noticed at all"

Nicely done. You are a talented young writer. I challenge you to try different genre's and branch out. I began writing dark poetry as a way to branch out and expand my writing and thoughts, I encourage you to try a poem in each of the other genre's. With your talent they will all be good.
